Poor packaging, damaged box, lack of communication

I've have given three stars as I have not tried this product, I brought it as a Christmas present but will probably not give it as it arrived in a cardboard envelope with damage to the corner of the box inside, whilst I wouldn't normally worry this time I am because it was a gift. I sent an email to aromafume and have received no reply. Sadly I would of liked to try other products but due to the packaging and no reply I won't be ordering again
